Hi, I’m Susan! I jumped into the world of Chick-fil-A in a unique scenario: managing the finances for an operator who was running three FSUs in a competitive market. A short time later, another operator reached out and asked if I could expand my services to also include their store. One thing led to another and I quickly found myself being contacted by Operators all across the country who needed the same thing: reliable financial management.

This experience gave me the understanding of how each restaurant has its own set of nuances and needs, and how important it is for Operators to have a detailed look at their finances to lead their teams and plan for the future.

Watershed Financial launched in 2020 and quickly welcomed many new clients and team members alike. As we’ve grown, it’s been important for us to provide some distinctive elements: Chick-fil-A knowledge, attention to detail, and a love for problem-solving. Our account managers have a wealth of experience in backgrounds like marketing, Chick-fil-A management, accounting, and more.

We’ve grown into a team working with over 80 Chick-fil-A locations, and we’re constantly looking for ways to meet needs and serve more operators like you. We can’t wait to partner with you and your team!

When I’m not crunching numbers, you can find me spending time with my husband and our three children at our home in Texas.
